This is last version of Hegemonia City States. Launch the installer and install it into "Rome - Total War/BI". The shorcut that the installer has created automatically in your desktop doesn't work. You will have to create a new shorcut of RTW-BI.exe. Then, right-click on it and click on "Properties". Add "-mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm" in the target line, then click "Ok". Use this new shortcut to launch the mod.

Due to all the different options available in SAI such as different campaigns, vegetations, strat models etc, etc, it makes for any online playing extremely difficult as most likely people will have different options installed thus making them incompatible. So, I have created an On Line Battle Version which has eliminated all options so that people can be confident that they will have the same version and hence be compatible. This version does come with the 361AD campaign and has as it's default; 6 turns per year, RSII environment, ihatemonday and pseudo romanus soundmod, SAI strat cities, SAI strat models.

Sicilia is contained within it's own mod folder and will not affect your RTW install. It must be installed on a clean version of RTW, it will not work on a pre modded version of RTW. Sicilia is an RTW 1.5 mod. 1;Download Sicilia installer to your system and run it. 2;Make a copy of your RTW exe, (right click 'create short cut.') 3; right click over your new short cut, select 'properties'. When the properties box comes up change the target line to. "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe"-show_err -mod:Sicilia -nm Please note of you have Vista or Wnidows 7 you need to turn off the UAC.. Also note that if you have one of those OS you'll need to direct the installer to where you have RTW installed and not the automatic option. And alter the path for the exec accordingly..
