Changes the Factions colour to a less garish green, and fixes the fact I forgot to make Peasants recruitable at the lowest tier of governors house. Whoops. (The AI version does not need this fix, the sm_faction file fixes the colour) Extract the files into the Ireland folder and allow them to overwrite the old ones.
